Pre-Order Policy

Overview

When you place a pre-order for an AeroHush air purifier, you agree to pay a deposit now and authorize WiskurLabs LLC to charge the remaining balance when your order is ready to ship. This policy explains how pre-orders work, payment terms, and your rights.

Deposit Amount

The deposit amount is $199.75 for each AeroHush air purifier. The deposit is charged immediately when you complete your pre-order.

The remaining balance of $599.25 plus applicable taxes will be charged when your order ships.

Remaining Balance & Off-Session Payment

By placing a pre-order, you authorize WiskurLabs to:

  • Save your payment method securely with our payment processor (Stripe)
  • Charge the remaining balance when your order is ready to ship
  • Send you email notification when your order is ready to ship
  • Charge your saved payment method and ship your order within 2-3 business days of notification
  • Attempt to charge your saved payment method without requiring you to log in or take action

Estimated Ship Window

The estimated ship date is displayed on the product page and in your order confirmation email. While we strive to meet these estimates, actual ship dates may vary due to manufacturing, supply chain, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We will notify you by email if there are significant delays or changes to the estimated ship window.

Pre-Ship Notification

When your order is ready to ship, we will send you an email notification. This email will include:

  • Confirmation that your order is ready to ship
  • The remaining balance amount that will be charged
  • Notice that we will charge your payment method and ship within 2-3 business days
  • Instructions for updating your payment method or shipping address if needed
  • Your order details

If you need to make any changes to your payment method or shipping address, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

Payment Method Updates

If your payment method expires, is lost, or you wish to update it before the final charge, please contact us at [email protected] or log in to your account to update your payment information.

Failed Payment Attempts

If the charge for the remaining balance fails, we will:

  1. Send you an immediate email notification
  2. Attempt to charge the payment method up to 3 times over 7 days
  3. Provide instructions for updating your payment method
  4. Hold your order for up to 14 days to allow you to resolve the payment issue

If payment cannot be completed within 14 days, your order may be cancelled, and your deposit will be refunded minus a 10% processing fee.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund of your deposit under the following conditions:

  • Before final balance is charged: Full deposit refund, no questions asked
  • After final balance is charged but before shipment: Full refund minus a 10% restocking fee
  • After shipment: Subject to our standard Return Policy (see Returns & Warranty page)

Cancellation by WiskurLabs

If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order due to product discontinuation, manufacturing issues, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will:

  • Notify you by email as soon as possible
  • Provide a full refund of all amounts paid (deposit and balance, if charged)
  • Offer alternative products or future discounts (optional)

Data Security & Privacy

Your payment information is securely stored and processed by Stripe, our PCI-compliant payment processor. WiskurLabs does not store your full credit card number. We only retain:

  • Last 4 digits of your card
  • Card brand (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
  • Expiration date
  • A secure token to process future charges

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Pre-Order Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our pre-order system after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
