30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your AeroHush air purifier. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, minus shipping costs.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your AeroHush must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • In original condition with minimal signs of use
  • Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
  • Filters may show normal use but should not be damaged or excessively dirty

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Return shipping instructions
  • A prepaid return shipping label (for defective units only)

Please do not ship your return without first obtaining an RMA number, as returns without authorization may not be processed.

Return Shipping

Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.

Defective or Damaged Items: If your AeroHush arrives defective or damaged, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned AeroHush and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

Refund Amount: Full product price minus original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product).

Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders may be cancelled at any time before the product ships. See our Pre-Order Policy for details on deposit refunds and cancellation procedures.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product or need a replacement, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order.

One-Year Limited Warranty

Every AeroHush air purifier is covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

  • Fan assemblies
  • Power supply
  • Housing and structural components
  • Manufacturing defects

What's Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Replacement filters (consumable items)
  • Damage from misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications
  • Damage from accidents, natural disasters, or power surges
  • Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality

Warranty Service

If your AeroHush experiences a defect covered by warranty, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue. We will:

  • Troubleshoot the issue with you
  • Provide repair instructions if applicable
  • Send replacement parts at no charge
  • Arrange for a replacement unit if repair is not possible

We will cover shipping costs for warranty replacements or repairs.

Right to Repair

At WiskurLabs, we believe in your right to repair your own products. We provide:

  • Repair guides and/or documentation
  • Access to replacement parts at fair prices
  • Technical support for DIY repairs
  • No warranty voiding for user repairs (unless damage results from improper repair)
