However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on our website are accurate, complete, or error-free. Product availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our sole discretion.

4. Pre-Orders

Certain products, including the AeroHush air purifier, are available for pre-order. When you place a pre-order:

  • You authorize us to charge a deposit at the time of order
  • You authorize us to charge the remaining balance when your order is ready to ship
  • You agree to the terms outlined in our Pre-Order Policy
  • Estimated ship dates are subject to change based on production schedules

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes and shipping costs.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed information.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or events beyond our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

8. Intellectual Property
