Pre-Order Shipping Timeline
AeroHush air purifiers are currently available for pre-order. Estimated shipping dates are provided at the time of purchase and are subject to change based on production schedules. We will notify you via email if there are any significant delays to your estimated ship date.
Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer free ground shipping on all AeroHush orders within the continental United States.
- Standard Ground Shipping: 5-7 business days after shipment
- Shipping Cost: Free for all orders within the continental United States
- Other Locations: Please contact us for shipping quotes to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations

We offer free shipping to addresses within the continental United States (lower 48 states). For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations, please contact us at [email protected] for a shipping quote before placing your order.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
For pre-orders, your order will be processed and shipped according to the estimated ship date provided at checkout. You will receive an email notification when:
- Your order is ready to ship (we will charge the remaining balance and ship within 2-3 business days)
- The remaining balance is charged to your payment method
- Your order has shipped, including tracking information
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the tracking number provided or by logging into your account at wiskurlabs.com/orders.
Delivery & Signature Requirements
Most shipments do not require a signature upon delivery. However, for high-value orders or at the carrier's discretion, a signature may be required. If you will not be available to sign for your package, you may authorize the carrier to leave the package at your address or arrange for pickup at a local carrier facility.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will work with you to file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will initiate a trace with the carrier. If the package cannot be located within 7 business days, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can update your address if your order has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address, but you may be able to redirect the package through the carrier.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
